IV I have no bias towards anyone. A long while ago there was a post regarding images in threads and there is a fair obvious rule regarding racism. Since the majority of our userbase is what deadly referred to as "foreign" and our name pretty much denotes our openness to everyone, it seemed fairly obvious what the outcome was going to be. Infact I feel as if I was lenient on him, as racism normally results in a ban.

In all honesty, I wasn't going to name any names as to who my original post was aimed at, but it's you Viden. You seem to power trip every now and again.

Now you're probably going to refer to how I was disliked as an admin and I'm probably still disliked, but it doesn't bother me as peoples dislike towards me wasn't detrimental towards UNGL's popularity as all of my actions were in the best interest of UNGL. I made my fair share of mistakes whilst I was an admin and looking back on it, I'd change my approach. Where as you're clearly being an arse and just getting high on gagging and banning people. You also decide to remove people who stand up to you and criticise your actions, I full expect to be banned after this post or muted on a permanent basis, but hey, I don't really game any more so it's not a bother for me.

Billy Mays although you have made valid points, when you run a website that has a higher amount of traffic from countries which may not always speak the best english you cannot rely on a PM to solve an issue.

If someone from greece for example puts "5vs5 accept" in the shoutbox and they dont speak good english, then you have to hope that IF they read the PM that they understand what it means and then hope that they don't just ignore it.

Quite a few people ignore their PM system even though it pops up right in their face.

When handling a large amount of users, something as simple as a PM has so many ways of being ignored, even if UNGL tried someone else warnings just don't work because people generally don't care. An instant gag enforces a very simple rule and then the person either knows they shouldn't advertise there or actually PM an admin to find out why...

To sum up, the admins know what they are doing bud, they are just trying to enforce a rule that really shouldn't even be a problem but for a few reasons it is.

 mint!, I do agree with you to some degree, but gamers are extremely fickle people, they expect to be treated like kings and if not, they rebel. There have been many leagues that have had the potential to be the next best thing but failed due to poor man management when dealing with users. Granted, I shouldn't really be preaching about man management but you get the idea.

Edit - It's not like anyone pays attention to the chatbox rule anyway. All you have to do is look to the right of the screen and you see people getting muted for posting fixtures or arranging matches there. Viden himself even said, and I quote...

I have to agree in thinking it's a little harsh on new users who may not quite know the rules, or non-English speaking folk that may struggle with knowing what exactly has been said.

Couldn't an admin just delete the comments on the shoutbox referring to arranging matches, or maybe replacing it with a standard note "Comment deleted: See Rules" which would link to your shoutbox rules.

English - It is against the rules to advertise matches in the shoutbox.
Spanish - Es en contra de las reglas para anunciar los partidos en el shoutbox.
French - Il est contre les règles de publicité correspond à la shoutbox.

etc etc....forgive the bad Google translations.
