After receiving quite a few messages on the subject we have figured it was better to post up about it and hopefully will be able to clear up the situation.
Libra must be used by all participants in UNGL, unless they have permission from an admin with a good reason. Other anti-cheats can not be used in place of this if and when you see fit.
We have seen quite a few matches lately organized where the rules have said - Libra or Xac, you pick? This is not acceptable, and Libra must be used in all games, it does say this in the rules.

If you experience any problems while using, or attempting to use Libra, please make a post in the dedicated libra section in the forums, stating your problem, pc spec and any error message you may get (remember to print screen so we can verify the error).

Thanks for clearing this up for us Drone, It was really unclear for us if there was a new Libra as all I found on the forums prior to the match was Libra Beta that wasn't to be used in officials and the FAQ also said it was still under development.
Also the team we played was also unsure about this, hence why we used XAC.
Libra is installed now anyways as will be used from now on so thanks.

i have 2 missing/tampering screenshots due to forgettin to upload two after the match, then trying to stupidly upload them from my laptop (where the screenshots were not taken)
@paradox you said you could probably fix something- could we get some sort of reminder on libra if we try to close libra without uploading all the screenshots or something because i keep nearly forgetting to upload all of them after matches. if you are able to do this?
