Basically my idea is to allow people to be in more than 1 team at a time. Now i don't mean allow people to be in the same team in the same league. But allow someone to be in 1 team that is in the 5on5 league and a different team that plays in the 2on2 league. Bit annoying because I want to play the 5on5 ladder with my team but the 2on2 ladder with a different friend who I've known for ages on css and just want to get the odd 2on2 with him so we don't have to play against "top germans" on irc. I dont see as to why this wouldnt work.

There is no way anyone would be able to abuse this to their advantage. The only problem is fixtures possibly getting mixed up. For example, you have a 2on2 match at 8 and also have a 5on5 at 8.

If people take the time to check each of their fixtures and work around them, why would this not work? Guess we just got to wait and see weather this can happen or not.

this would be a major +1 for ungl .

aside from pretty much doubling the amount of registered teams on here it would also increase the amount of matches played as well.

i would imagine it will be easy (ish) to set up as a lot of players are in multiple teams already (hon, css etc) just add 2 on 2 as a separate game and all should be good.

the only downside is that with an increase in matches and teams there will undoubtedly be an increase in match conflicts requiring an admins intervention. however this could be combated by assigning set admins for the 2 on 2 teams and set admins for 5 on 5 ( you may have to take a couple of each on ).

definitely worth considering imho.

why dont u just get ur friend to join ur roster and just play 2on2's with him u donut

Might see if I can put something like this into the next version of UNGL - I'll have to find a way which doesn't make the signup process too complex though

 paradox I have a idee about that, just make a system that when you make a team (and use it 1 time for the excisting teams) that when they make a team they can choose to play either 5on5 / 2on2 or woth and when i for instand am in a team that is only for 5on5 i can join a 2on2 only team.
