Here are some frequently asked questions:
Q: How do I make a team?
A: Click on the "Register New Team" link, just below the log out feature on the right hand panel. This should take you to a new screen with the options to fill out details on your team. If you can't find the link you can use this one: http://ungl.org/e/register
Q: How do I invite members to my team?
A:
- Click on your team name (in bold) on the right hand side under the 'Team Admin' section
- Then click on the 'Members' tab and send the URL to whoever you want to join
- Non-members will see an 'Apply to join this team.' link at the bottom of the page.
- Once they have applied for the team, a link will show up saying '1 Application' under the 'Team Admin' section - to which you can confirm them or deny them entry to your team.
Q: How do I join a ladder?
A: On the right hand panel, there should be a option named "Join a ladder", click this and it will take you to the ladder page. Simply click on the blue box with your clans name on it, next to the league you would like to join. If you can't find the link you can use this one: http://ungl.org/e/ladders
Q: How do I enter a cup?
A: After making a team, click on the Cups tab at the top, and click the blue button with your team's name on the cup you would like to take part in. If you can't find the link you can use this one: http://ungl.org/e/cups
Q: What does 'green-ticked' mean?
A: At UNGL, each member needs to be 'green-ticked' to participate in matches.
This means that the player has been verified by the team leader. Players without verified ID's (i.e. players with red crosses) are never allowed to play in official matches.
Once a new team has been registered, the team leader needs to update all his players on the team roster with their proper unique ID's e.g. Steam ID for CSS, HoN account name, etc. After a short waiting period, the player will be 'green-ticked' on the site to confirm that this player is ready to play.
